Judy's Easy 101 Revised Version: All the plastic manufactures just keep producing more plastic and the waste ends up in the ditches, landfills, rivers, and oceans and only 5% was being recycled. A law was mandated in Europe that said basically this. All right this is enough! You just keep making the plastic and it's producing so much trash and is polluting the land and seas. You are doing nothing to help get rid of the waste, so we are making a law that forces you to help recycle the waste. You have to start using 30% of recycled plastic (which is the Bio oil coming from Corsair reactors and manufacturing plants) to make your new plastic and if you don't you will be fined or you HAVE TO BUY CSR25 Plastic Credits to help off set your own usuage of plastic and contribute to Corsair's efforts of getting rid of the plastic. For every 1 liter of oil, the company issues 10 Euro Plastic Credits. Either you start using recylced oil or pay Corsair to help recycle it. You need to become CPN, Certified Plastic Neutral.
